The Stiegelhöhe development complex offers a magnificent view on Lake Sempach and the Alps. A total of 4 exclusive multifamily residences in solid construction with wood cladding were built and certified according to the Swiss Minergie standard.

Special feature

The substructure for the vertically fitted wood cladding is based on the WDK Phoenix System with perforated support profiles for the rear-ventilation space.
